• Work daily with supervisors, engineers, and all Database CAD/CAM/CNC/CIM users to insure hardware and software is performing at optimum levels for maximum productivity.
• Supervise, or perform as required, all necessary hardware and software maintenance, including user profiles, system security, and daily system data back-up activities.
• Supervise or perform, as required database programming. UNIX and DOS script programs and CRONS, and UG GRIP programs to provide on-going requirements for communications and data exchanges between ORACLE MANUFACTURING, ENGINEERING FoxPro and ACCESS DATABASE, AutoCAD, and UG CAD/CAM/CNC/CIM.

• Design, develop and document a detailed processing procedure, flow of materials for new models under or for piloting. Generate TMX standard operation sheet, process flow chart, data sheet and operating supplies usage rates and other documents related to the processing of the piloted or new model and if necessary update existing documents to meet management's objectives and standards in product quality, least cost, maximum efficiency, etc.

• Responsible in operational supervision, inventory, budgeting and production of watches in conformance with the company set standards in quality, efficiency, operating cost, scrap/loss, repair, housekeeping and to meet the production schedules hourly/daily. Also, ensure conformance to the Engineering Documents (e.g. Operation Sheets, Process Flow Charts, Engineering Specifications, etc.) and Drawings. Supervising an average of one hundred people (100) during peak production season and coordinating to all the production support groups especially to Quality Control, Materials and Process Engineers in order to meet production schedules. Also, in the front line of management's programs like Zero Defect, JIT, PIP, Cost Reduction, Quality Circles, QRT, Scrap and Loss, etc. Also, handles the computerization of all production reports and budgeting activities.

• Responsible in the orientation and training of newly hired personnel especially, production operators in a specified training period to achieved the company's set of standard in efficiency, quality, and housekeeping and to ensure conformance to the Engineering Standards and Documentation.

• Responsible in the fabrication and repair of Ship parts like pump shaft/impellers, V-belt pulleys, Gears, intake/exhaust valves, bushing, bearings, pistons etc. Also maintaining Lathe, Shaper and Milling Machines. Also handles gas and electric welding.
